We would like to inform you of the following notes and requests.

1) How to access the venue (Kitakyushu International Conference Center)

2) Registration at reception counter:

Please bring your Peatix QR cord. Staff needs to scan your QR cord and complete the registration process.

・You can access the QR cord from the Peatix app on your smartphone.

・You can also download it from the website. Please bring the printed screen with you. ( Peatix QR cord on the website—Peatix QR cord in the PC).

3) Slide registration (for submitters, discussants and speakers for the lectures)

Please come to the PC center with a USB flash drive containing the Power Point file at least 1 hour before your presentation.

※Presenters on Day 2: If possible, please submit your Powerpoint File on Day 1. Registration will be open all day on Day1.

4) Staff will be wearing yellow name badges. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
